Over Four Decades of Experience
Anhui Tunxi High Pressure Valve was founded in 1972 and has more than 40 years of history in the design, development and manufacture of valves.
Furnished with Advanced Machines
In 2005, we changed our system and have established a modern enterprise system. In 2006, we built a modernized factory building. Moreover, our company has more than 200 staff, among them more than 40 are engineers and technicians, advanced valve manufacturing equipment and complete physicochemical inspection and testing equipment. For example, we have 2,000T die forging pressure production lines, numerical control lathes, CO2 active protection welding machines, helium mass spectrometers, and vacuum leak detectors. Our resources have made us leading in the national colleague industry. Our technical force is abundant, machinery is fine and technology is advanced.
Recipient of Anhui Province Quality Management Prize
We have established an integrated quality management system. We have gained the certificates of API6D in 1996, DNV ISO 9001 in 1997, and pressure pipe component manufacturing unit safety registered certificate in 2003. Because of our hard work, we have been continuously gaining the Anhui Province Quality Management Prize for many years.
Meeting ANSI, API, MSS, JIS, DIN, BS and GB Standards
We mainly manufacture valves according to ANSI, API, MSS, JIS, DIN, BS and Chinese GB standards. Our main products include gate, globe, check, ball, throttle, diaphragm, anti-sulfur, needle globe, butterfly valves and more, which are widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, metallurgical, electric power, medical industries, nuclear power stations, and have been exported to India, Pakistan and other countries worldwide.
Other Products We Offer
We also offer specific products like bellows valves, forged steel valves and full-welded ball valves. Bellows valves were researched and developed by our team in 1985, which can replace the imported bellows valves in China. They have gained the title of "State Emphasis New Product" and "Anhui Province Famous Brand Product", and are used in polyester and chemical fiber industry, PTA, petrochemical and nuclear power areas. They hold more than 30% of market share in China, and 60% of market share in polyester and chemical fiber industry.
What's more, our forged steel valves gained the title of “National User Satisfaction Product” and “Anhui Province Famous Brand Product”. Plus, our full-welded ball valves were researched and developed in 2007, and were inspected and tested by the State Authorized Department. They have achieved the advanced level and have got a leading position in China.
